All higher education institutions are divided into three groups (“green”, “white” and “red”) according to the monitoring of the admission to state-funded places.
The annual monitoring of Russian higher education institutions in 2018 has shown that among Omsk educational institutions Omsk Branch of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, where the average grade of Uniform state exam is 80.3, and Omsk State Medical University, where the average grade of Uniform state exam is 70.5, are in the first group. It should be noted that compared to 2017 the average grade of OSMU overachieving pupils has increased by 2.7 points.
