The Council of Eminent Professors of the Omsk State Medical University was approved by Prof. Maria LIVZAN, a Rector of OSMU as of July 02nd, 2020.
The Council included Eminent Professors of Omsk State Medical University, as well as the persons awarded the title of the Honorary Professor of Omsk State Medical University.
Professor Alexander I. Novikov, OSMU President, was assigned as the Chairman of the Council.
The main tasks of the Council are:
- Ensure the continuity of OSMU academic traditions;
- Preserve the heritage and transfer experience in scientific, educational, didactic, and social work;
- Promote the further development of the scientific and educational potential of the university.
