Dearest Colleagues and Students,

Dearest Partners within Russia and Abroad,

The year 2022 is quickly coming to an end. For many people, it can’t come soon enough. Even so, we have a lot to be proud of as members of OSMU community.

We supported each other in the fight against the worst pandemic in a century; through of this we are fulfilling our mission of excellence of teaching, research and innovation.

Our faculty, staff, students and alumni are opening new horizons across the humanities and profession.

We are building a future of prosperity, justice and inclusion for all people.

Our holiday gathering may be limited this year, but our reasons for celebrating are not. The challenges we faced will continue, but we have every reason to be confident that we can meet them together.

Let’s remember how much we have accomplished in this extraordinary time, individually and collectively.

I wish you a magnificent New Year and a very merry X-Mas. May the magic of the holiday season fill your home with joy and peace. Take care of yourselves and stay safe in these uncertain times.
