Tuition fees are calculated basing on the norms and regulations for providing educational services, elaborated by the Government of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. OSMU has the right to increase the fees, taking into account the level of inflation and the main characteristics of the federal budget. Fees are approved by the order of the rector of OSMU each year.
