Invitation for study visa
OSMU provides invitation for study visa in electronic form (pdf document) free of charge to applicants who provide all necessary documents for enrollment. Invitation is issued by the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation upon the request of OSMU.

Migration Rules
Essential tips for your stay in a foreign country
- Promptly inform the Dean’s Office for International Students about each your translocation to any other place of stay in Omsk, outside Omsk or abroad. It will help us to prevent any possible migration violations and secure you from fines and administrative penalties!
- Pay attention to the condition of your migration documents (national passport, visa, migration card, registration at your place of stay). The corruption of your documents may make them invalid and in this case, they must be renewed!
- Always keep your migration documents (national passport, visa, migration card, registration at your place of stay) or their copies with you, whenever you move outside your dormitory or flat.
