Sino-Russian Forum of Students and Young Scholars
On November 23, 2021 Sino-Russian Forum of Students and Young Scholars of ASRMU "Exchange of clinical experience in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery - 2021" was held at the Harbin Medical University, China.
The purpose of the Forum is to improve mutual communication and exchange of professional academic experience between Chinese and Russian young scientists and students, as well as to effectively promote academic exchanges in the field of otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery.
At the opening ceremony the welcome speeches have been presented by Professor Li Huijun, Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, and Head and Neck Surgery, Harbin Medical University, Dr. Fan Simiao, a moderator of the Forum and a Professor Assistant, Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, Harbin Medical University, as well as Professor Klimentina I. NESTEROVA, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Omsk State Medical University.
Professor K.I. NESTEROVA has presented an honorary report on current research activities of the ENT Department at Omsk State Medical University.
Olga ARTAMONOVA, a 6th year student of the Faculty of General Medicine, and Anton TRUBIN, a 5th year student of the Pediatric Faculty, demonstrated the ongoing study of olfactory function.
A young scientist Ivan NESTEROV told about the comparative efficacy of endoscopic surgery approaches to the nasal turbinates in vasomotor rhinitis.
"Features of the lacunar microbiome in chronic tonsillitis in patients with gastroesophageal reflux" was a topic of Victoria VERMIENKO, a young scientist of Omsk State Medical University.
The work of the Forum was interesting and fruitful. We will wait for a new meeting!
