From February 12 to March 5, Karaganda Medical University (Kazakhstan) hosted the International Student Online Olympiad on the educational program "Preventive Medicine/Public Health" among students of 2-3 courses.
The main purpose of the Olympiad was to assess the quality of students' training, further consolidate and deepen the knowledge gained in the learning process, as well as develop students' creative potential.
More than 30 students from 13 countries took part in the Olympiad. The participants showed great interest and a high level of knowledge gained during the training.
Students of the Preventive Medicine Faculty of our University took part in the Olympiad and won prizes. Samira SAGADIEVA (a 2nd year student) took the first place and received a diploma of the 1st degree; Yulia ANTONOVA (a 3rd year student) became the bronze medalist of the Olympiad. The winners were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.
