On October 12, Ivan G. SHTEINBORM, Vice-Rector for HR Policy and Administrative Affairs, met with the representatives of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, including Alexander A. FEDOROV, Rector of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, Sergey V. KORENEV, Head of the Institute of Medicine, and Polina V. LIGATYUK, Manager of the Department for Advanced Professional Training and Retraining.
The delegates of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University highly commended the work of our University. The meeting resulted in signing an agreement on cooperation between two Universities in the field of research, medical and educational activities. As part of the agreement, it is planned to hold seminars, conferences, and meetings, create useful products and form scientific collaborations for joint research projects. Also, both parties will join forces to develop and implement educational programs, organize professional training and internships. The cooperation will ensure the exchange of researchers between the Universities, prioritizing graduate students, young scientists and specialists.
In the framework of the visit, Ivan G. Shteinborm also held a meeting with Elena I. SEMENOVA, Deputy Minister of Public Health, Kaliningrad Region, and Vadim P. VITOSHKO, Head of the HR Policy Division at the Financial, Economic and Law Department of the Ministry of Public Health, Kaliningrad Region.
