On October 25, the representatives of the Omsk branch of Medical Volunteers met with the volunteers from the "Globus" Volunteer Center of the P.A. Stolypin Omsk State Agrarian University (OSAU).
OSMU was represented by Ilya EKIMOV, Regional Coordinator of the Medical Volunteers, and Georgiy PETROSYAN, Coordinator of the «Healthy Lifestyle» movement. Samat MUKANOV, Acting Coordinator of the «Globus» Volunteer Center, and OSAU Volunteers acted for OSAU.
The meeting resulted in signing an agreement on cooperation between two Universities. The parties outlined plans for joint projects, including the launch of the Medical Volunteers’ Health Center aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles, preventing socially significant diseases, and teaching first aid. OSAU became the seventh educational institution in the Omsk Region to base the Health Center.
