On December 28, 2020, within the framework of the upcoming New Year’s Eve celebration, 51 Medical Volunteers have been granted with Letters of Gratitude for their help in the Regional COVID-19 Call-center. Maria A. LIVZAN, Rector of OSMU, has expressed to Volunteers appreciation for their dedication and conscientious work. Natalia CHAIKA, Senior Coordinator of the COVID-19 Call-center, on behalf of the Ministry of Public Health of the Omsk Region has expressed gratitude for their fruitful work.
Medical Volunteers work in the COVID-19 Call-center daily answering questions from citizens. Routinely the Call-center accepts from 300 to 500 calls during the daytime and from 50 to 100 calls at night. On December 7, 2020, Sergei MENYAILO, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Siberian Federal District, visited the Call-center and highly praised Volunteers for their work.
