Today, in a solemn ceremony of awarding and conferring honorary titles to residents of the Omsk Region took place in the building of the Legislative Assembly of the Omsk Region.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation On granting awards of the Russian Federation for merits in scientific and pedagogical activity, training highly qualified specialists and many years of conscientious work, the honorary title Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation was awarded to Prof. Andrey A. STAFEEV, MD, PhD, Head of the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry. Vladimir E. Karasev, MD, PhD, Assoc.Prof. of the Oncology and Radiotherapy, including Postgraduate Training Courses was awarded the honorary title Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation.
