On November 21 - 22, 2023, on the basis of the Semashko National Research Institute of Public Health and the Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry, the X Anniversary Olympiad in the History of Medicine was held among students of Russian educational organizations studying “Healthcare and Medical Sciences”.
OSMU was represented at the Olympiad by 4th year students of the Pediatrics Faculty: Kirill MIKHAILOV and Alina POPOVA. At the first stage of the competition, our students presented a film dedicated to the history of Omsk military hospitals No. 425 and No. 1494, as well as our famous academicians - Valentina P. BISYARINA and Valery K. LEONTIEV.
At the second stage, our students have shown good teamwork and represented our university in the best way! Students were prepared for the Olympiad at the Philosophy, Humanities and Social Sciences Department.
