From April 14 to 17, the XXXII National Congress "Man and Medicine" was held in Moscow. The IX Congress of Young Therapists was held as part of the Congress, which brought together young specialists from all over Russia and neighboring countries.
The Congress presented works on various fields of medicine, including pulmonology, cardiology, family medicine and general medical practice. Daria A. GAVRILENKO, second year resident of the General Medicine specialty (scientific supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Olga V. GAUS, MD, PhD, Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine (Intermediate Level) and Gastroenterology) represented OSMU in the gastroenterology section. Her presentation entitled "Comorbid IBS phenotype: key mechanisms of formation and individualization of therapy" was highly appreciated by the expert commission of the Congress and took the honorable 2nd place.
