The VIII Scientific Conference in Saint Petersburg, organized by Gazpromneft-Lubricants, brought together more than 120 specialists from various company divisions and students from leading Russian universities, who presented over 80 projects in a wide range of areas: from expanding product lines and implementing new technologies to modernizing equipment and improving production efficiency.
This Conference is held annually and is part of the company's strategy to develop the potential of its employees and students. This year, projects were presented in the areas of diversification, commerce, production efficiency improvement, logistics, marketing, safety, equipment reliability, business digitalization, and product development and improvement. Participants shared ideas on factories robotization, oil formulation modification, the creation of new AI projects, and much more. The entire company management team was traditionally involved in the project discussions.
The interdisciplinary team consisting of Natalia V. SEMENOVA, MD, PhD (in Medicine), Assoc. Prof. of the OSMU Department of Extreme and Evidence Based Medicine, Georgy V. SHMELIN, specialist of the Gazpromneft-Lubricants, and Tatiana YAKUBENKO, 5th-year student of the OSMU Faculty of General Medicine, presented the project dedicated to the creation of paraffin emulsions and the rationale for their use in cosmetology. For this project, Tatiana YAKUBENKO was awarded the 3rd-place diploma at the "Students" nomination of the "Diversification" section
