On the eve of Medical Worker's Day, Vladimir V. PUTIN, the President of the Russian Federation, signed a decree on awarding doctors of our country with state awards.
According to the Decree of the President, Prof. Maria A. LIVZAN, MD, PhD, OSMU Rector, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Internal Medicine (Intermediate Level) and Gastroenterology Department, Chief External in Therapy of the Ministry of Health of Russia for the Siberian Federal District, Chairman of the Omsk Council of Rectors, was awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of the Higher School of the Russian Federation".
We congratulate Maria A. LIVZAN on the high recognition of her merits in the development of the University and the interests of the personnel needs of national healthcare, we wish her creative energy and further success in the implementation of all plans!
