On June 19-20, on the basis of the Educational and Methodological Center for Lean Technologies in Healthcare, a training seminar was held on the implementation of innovative projects based on the application of the principles and methods of the Rosatom Production System in various fields of activity of the executive authorities of the Omsk region and local governments of municipalities of the Omsk region. The training was conducted by representatives of the Rosatom Production System, G.O. SANDAEVSKY and O.V. STEPANOV. The project is supervised in the region by the Office of the Governor and the Government of the Omsk region under the leadership of U.V. PRITYKINA, the Head of the Department for Improving the Efficiency of Departmental Processes.
The participants of the educational process were the Institute for the Development of Education of the Omsk region, Omskoblavtotrans, the State Housing Inspectorate, the Department of Guardianship and Guardianship, the Station of Young Technicians, the Ministry of Education of the region. In addition to employees of the Ministry of Health of the Omsk region, outpatient clinics and city hospitals, including specialized ones, were identified among the students. Institutions have independently selected processes to improve their work, and the end point of the application will be the satisfaction of employees and consumers of various services, depending on the profile of the activity.
The educational project implies not only a training part, but also a practical component in the form of a project to implement lean management tools in the work of various institutions of the Omsk region of medical and non-medical profile. The work period is calculated for the period from June to December 2024.
