«Current Issues in Modern Morphology»

Anastasia A. DIKIKH, PhD (in Veterinary), Senior Teacher of the Department of Normal Physiology, took part in the International Scientific Symposium «Current Issues in Modern Morphology», held at Moscow Veterinary Academy named after K. I. Skryabin.

The Symposium covered a wide range of relevant topics, including experimental morphology and regenerative biology, the development of morphological criteria for assessing the quality of animal-derived products, aspects of comparative and age-related anatomy, cytology, histology and embryology, and the role of morphological research in developing etiological and pathogenetic treatment approaches. The program featured a plenary session addressing key issues in modern morphology along with sectional presentations.

Anastasia A. DIKIKH presented a poster report entitled «Arterial Vascularization of the Glandular and Muscular Stomachs in the Peking Duck».

The Symposium served as an important platform for professional exchange and collaboration. Participants from various regions of Russia, including Novosibirsk, Omsk, and Saint Petersburg, expressed strong interest in further developing the event and expanding scientific cooperation. Anastasia A. DIKIKH noted that all presentations reflected cutting-edge research, demonstrating a high scientific level and an interdisciplinary approach, addressing not only veterinary medicine but also human healthcare.
