In the framework of European Immunization Week, together with the Omsk Center for Prevention, Medical Volunteers arranged a series of lectures «Vaccination: What you need to know» in four Omsk Colleges.
Speakers gave an overview on the fundamentals of immunology, told about the national immunization schedule, and stressed the importance of vaccination, paying special attention to the Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine.
The week was marked by the opening of the first in the Region Health Office at the Omsk Industrial and Economic College. With the support of Medical Volunteers, College students will be able to conduct educational events aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles and the prevention of common diseases. The joint work is to bring several similar projects.
