On July 2, the graduation ceremony for 102 students of the Dentistry Faculty took place in OSMU College. 10 out of 102 students graduated with honors.
Alexander V. ZAKHAROV, MD, PhD, Chairman of the State Attestation Commission, told about the successful performances of students on the State Final Examination.
Prof. Maria A. LIVZAN, MD, PhD, Rector of OSMU, Corresponding member of RAS, addressed graduates with cordial words and wished them to always admire the chosen profession and get satisfaction from it.
The commemorative words also were uttered by Grigoriy M. USOV, Head of the Psychiatry, Medical Psychology Department, Larisa M. LOMIASHVILI, Dean of the Dentistry Faculty, Galina I. SKRIPKINA, Head of the Pediatric Dentistry Department, Irina M. VOLOSHINA, Deputy Dean for Extracurricular Activities.
At the end of the ceremony, students solemnly recited the doctor's oath promising to honestly fulfill their duty, keep medical secrecy and act solely in the interests of the patient, regardless of his racial, religious and other characteristics.
