On November 11, 2020, Dmitry B. BEREZIN, a Principal Specialist of Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics, and Nikita Yu. ADRYUSHKEVICH, Supervisor of the RPS (Rosatom Production System) Project of State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, visited OSMU Center for Lean Technologies in Healthcare.
OSMU was represented by Prof. Assoc. Nikolai A. NIKOLAEV, a Vice-Rector for Medical Affairs and Regional Public Health Issues, Prof. Assoc. Viktoria V. GOLOSHUBINA, a Director of OSMU Center for Lean Healthcare, Zylfia B. TASOVA, a specialist for academic affairs and didactics of OSMU Center for Lean Techniques in Healthcare, and Elena V. USACHEVA, a Principal External Specialist in Internal Diseases in Omsk Region.
The meeting was devoted to the development of methods to optimize healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic. The participants discussed the existing problems of regional healthcare and identified the main directions for its solution. The event was one of the interim results of the collaboration between Rosatom experts and the Ministry of Public Health of the Russian Federation, aimed at providing help to regional healthcare. With the support of OSMU, Ministry of Public Health of Omsk Region, and Omsk Administration the experts will continue their work on the implementation of lean technologies in the regional healthcare system.
