Medical volunteers became participants of the Russian Forum "Generation of Healthy Lifestyle" (Pokolenie ZOZH), which took place in Krasnoyarsk from August 12 to 17. The experts of the Forum were leading specialists in various fields of healthy lifestyle, athletes and public figures involved in promoting healthy lifestyle. The delegation from the Omsk region consisted of 5 medical volunteers, including the coordinator of the direction "Popularization of a healthy lifestyle" Alina NARYGINA.
At the Forum, volunteers discussed modern approaches to involving young people in a healthy lifestyle within the framework of national projects, the development of Health Headquarters in the regions of Russia, and also formed personal motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle.
The program of the event included three tracks: educational, practical and entertaining. The educational track included a series of lectures on the topic of modern trends in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and evidence-based methods of maintaining health. The entertainment track was dedicated to the cultural and sports events aimed at strengthening participants' motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle independently.
The practical track lasted for three days and was aimed at developing new formats for involving young people in programs to promote healthy lifestyle within the framework of national projects, as well as the development of the Russian educational project "Generation of Healthy Lifestyle".
The participants thank the General Directorate of Youth Policy of the Omsk region for the opportunity to participate in the Forum! During the event, medical volunteers gained invaluable experience, which they will soon put into practice in the course of their activities.
