As part of the visit to the Omsk region of the Republic of Belarus delegation and in the course of acquaintance with OSMU, Emilia V. MEZINA, Deputy Director of Minsk Center for Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology, and representatives of the Omsk Administration visited the Skills Center of our university.
The guests got acquainted with all the accreditation processes and visited unique simulation rooms equipped with modern equipment. The guests noted the uniqueness of the platform, which combined the main stages of the professional assessment of doctors at all stages of their career: from admission to the profession to advanced professional training, the high quality of organization and conduct of assessment procedures, as well as a wide range of opportunities to improve the professional level of doctors.
Then, the procedure for signing a memorandum of cooperation between Minsk Center for Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology and OSMU took place. The document was signed by Ivan G. SHTEINBORM, the First Vice-Rector of OSMU, and Emilia V. MEZINA. The main purpose of this memorandum was cooperation in the field of joint research and development, the establishment of mutually beneficial relations in the field of healthcare and academic mobility, academic and cultural cooperation, the exchange of researchers and trainees, and the exchange of publications and joint research projects.
