On the 7th of November, 2019 the Samara State Medical University hosted the II International Endodontic Competition “Eurasia-Endo2019”. The 2nd year residents of the Russian medical universities were actively involved in the work of the forum, attended lectures and took part in workshops conducted by the leading specialists of Russia and Lithuania.
The participants of the competition performed preparation, irrigation and filling of root canals in a maxillary molar using endodontic simulator. The resident of OSMU Therapeutic Dentistry Department Julia MILYUTINA showed her perfect manual skills using endodontic simulator and was awarded in the nomination “The Best Endodontic Diagnostics”. It’s worth mentioning that OSMU residents contribute to the international events and get the chance to attend lectures and workshops of well-known dentists in the world.
