The XXXI Russian National Festival "Russian Student Spring" for higher education students, a joint project of the Russian Union of Youth and the Presidential Platform "Russia - a Land of Opportunities", has completed its work. The jury summed up the student's creative project.
In total, 3,500 students from more than 85 regions joined the Festival. They competed in 52 nominations in 10 areas.
According to the results of the Festival, Omsk students brought four awards: Saniya ZHUMATAEVA (a 5th-year student of the Dentistry Faculty of OSMU) became a silver medalist in the nomination "Jazz Singing"; Maria KHOMYUK (Omsk State University student) got the 1st-degree Diploma in the nomination "Jazz Singing"; Mark DONOV (Omsk State Technical University student) won silver in “Art” direction; Omsk State Technical University vocal trio "ART-perimeter" consisting of Vyacheslav KOMAROVSKY, Nikita DMITRIEV and Denis SHLYKOV took a bronze award in the "Variety singing" nomination.
The participants of the Festival not only demonstrated their performances but also took part in the educational and entertainment programs. They visited open-air quizzes, lectures and live performances, and extreme shows.
