On 11-16 August, the Russian Educational Forum "Generation of Healthy Lifestyle" took place in Krasnoyarsk. The purpose of the Forum was to form a youth community that unites people, businesses and public organizations involved in promoting a healthy lifestyle as one of the methods of strengthening their own and public health. Formation of new, evolutionary views and ideas on the implementation of the principles of a healthy lifestyle among the population.
The program of the Forum was divided into three clusters. "Active Youth"cluster included interactive lectures on the topic of modern trends in leading a healthy lifestyle and scientifically proven methods of maintaining health. Within the framework of the second cluster “Active Youth” cultural and sports events were held aimed at strengthening participants' motivation and knowledge to independently lead a healthy lifestyle. The third cluster “Healthy Lifestyle - New Reality” consisted of brainstorming events, where participants, together with experts and organizers of the site, were able to design and develop a model of a healthy future.
OSMU students Alexey S. PETROV, Kirill S. SOROKOUMOV, Alina M. NARYGINA, Yulia O. SLEPTSOVA and Arina V. AVERINA took part in the Forum from the Omsk region.
