On June 19, students of the OSMU Faculty of Dentistry took part in a business game organized with the participation of the Financial and Economic Institute and the business accelerator for young people within the framework of the program "Region for Young", implemented on behalf of the President of Russia. Alexandra SHULZHENKO, a teacher of the Financial and Economic Institute, a young entrepreneur, a graduate of various educational programs for young people, the winner of the "Rhythm" Forum, the winner of the regional stage of the competition "Young Entrepreneur of Russia", conducted a business game and shared useful and necessary information.
The event was held as part of the "Start" program for young specialists of the region aged 18-35 years. Interuniversity connections enrich students in professional and personal aspects, as well as provide an opportunity to look at familiar problems in a new way. So, within the framework of the business game, dental students learned a lot of useful things, and most importantly, improved communication skills, learned how to interact for the most effective solution of tasks, because they had to negotiate with individual participants and with entire teams, which turned out to be not very easy.
Such interuniversity events provide a unique opportunity for the moral and ethical development of a doctor to improve the quality of training, as well as expand horizons.
