OSMU students took part in the Regional Student Forum “Impulse”. The Forum was organized thanks to the financial support of the Rosmolodezh Grants Competition. Students from universities and secondary vocational education institutions took part in the event. Over 4 days, the children upgraded their skills, which will help them develop and express themselves in extracurricular activities! OSMU was represented by the 4 year students of the General Medicine Faculty: Sofia SHIROKOVA, Doner ABDUVAKHIDOV, Zaur ZEYNALOV, and Vladislav ZUBALEY.
Work at the forum was based on 4 areas: “Activity”, “Team”, “Mentoring”, “Leadership.”. The track depended on what experience the participants had in the field of student government and what direction of development they were interested in. Each of the areas was assigned an expert — a federal trainer from the Association of Trainers of the Russian Youth Union — who helped not only upgrade the students’ knowledge but also create the final product: a navigator of opportunities, a road map for the development of student communities, a system of comprehensive assessments of the professional competencies of activists, and a school for students assets.
