NARKEVICH, Minister of Health of the Omsk Region, addressed the audience with warm words of congratulations, as well as gratitude for the noble cause of training highly professional medical workers. Assoc. Prof. Nikolay A. NIKOLAEV, Head of the OSMU Department of Extreme and Evidence Based Medicine, read out a congratulatory telegram from Oleg N. SMOLIN, the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, First Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on Education and Science.
The “Medal named after Nikolai A. SEMASHKO” for significant contribution to strengthening the public health system, fighting behavioral risk factors, preventing and increasing the population’s commitment to a healthy lifestyle, and promoting a healthy lifestyle was awarded to the Prof. Inna A. VIKTOROVA, MD, PhD, Head of the Internal Medicine and Outpatient Care Department, and Assoc. Prof. Elmira Sh. GRIGOROVICH, DMD, PhD, Head of the Department of Dentistry, including Postgraduate Training courses.
The badge “Excellence in Healthcare of the Russian Federation” for many years of fruitful work, professional excellence and high personal achievements in the field of healthcare was awarded to the Prof. Natalia A. MOROVA, MD, PhD, Head of the Internal Medicine (Advanced Course) and Endocrinology Department, and Prof. Sergei A. EROFEEV, MD, PhD, Professor of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics.
A certificate of honor from the Omsk regional organization of the trade union of healthcare workers of the Russian Federation for promoting the work of the primary trade union organization, active participation in solving social, labor, professional, and economic issues of workers within the framework of social partnership was awarded to the Assoc. Prof. Yuriy A. NOVIKOV, MD, PhD, Head of the Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology Department.
