On May 21, the Omsk Regional Business Incubator hosted a game for students of Omsk universities and colleges called "Vector of Success", in which nine teams from Omsk State Pedagogical University, Omsk State Agrarian University, Omsk State Medical University, Omsk State Transport University, Omsk Technological College and the College of Innovative Technologies, Economics and Commerce took part.
The main goal of the business game is to pump up the entrepreneurial competencies of emerging specialists in various professions, so within its framework, the participants were able to register enterprises, establish business connections with members of other teams, gain experience in teamwork, take a new look at the business processes of the enterprise, and understand the main economic indicators. The game format showed student teams how quickly processes develop and how important it is to correctly build communication between departments and performers.
According to the results of the business game, the team of the OSMU Faculty of represented by Alina BUT, Svetlana ROMANTSOVA, Sevinchon MIRZAKHAKIMOVA and Victoria CHUMACHENKO entered the top three winners, taking the third place and receiving a diploma and memorable prizes from the Omsk Regional Business Incubator.
