Omsk State Medical University actively participates in international and national events of the admission campaigns-2024.
Under auspices of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Novosibirsk and the Honorary Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Omsk, the on-site admission board of leading Omsk universities held meetings with parents and school graduates of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek and Osh.
The on-site admission board of OSMU informed about specialties, collecting documents required for admission, conducting entrance exams and selecting for state-funded places. Sixty applicants from the Kyrgyz Republic filled the applications for admission to OSMU; the entrance exams will begin on July 13.
In addition, last weekend the interregional fair-exhibition «Career Guidance-2024» was held in Yakutsk attracting employees from more than 60 organizations: educational institutions of higher and secondary vocational education, educational and research centers, driving schools, enterprises, and career guidance centers. Universities and colleges gathered from 22 cities and settlements of 11 members of the Russian Federation - this became an absolute record for the number of participants in the Career Guidance exhibitions on one site for all nine years of its holding!
The stand of OSMU attracted the attention of applicants who want to choose a profession in the medical field. At the stand, from a film about our university and reference materials, they could acquire information about the requirements for admission to the faculties of the university and departments of the college of Omsk State Medical University.
