On April 20, the meeting of the Council for the Development of Volunteering and Socially Oriented Organizations chaired by Tatiana V. DERNOVA, Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the Omsk Region, Minister of Education of the Omsk Region, was held in the Regional Public Affairs Center. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports, and the Ministry of Regional Policy and Mass Communications.
Ilya EKIMOV, a regional coordinator of Medical Volunteers, has presented his report about the experience of organizing volunteering activities in the University setting, and the prospects for the development of the volunteering movement in the Omsk Region.
