The Regional Scientific Conference on Anesthesiology and Intensive Care

 
On February 26, the Regional Scientific Conference on the results, issues, and prospects of the regional anesthesiology and intensive care was held at the Omsk Emergency Hospital №1, organized by OSMU, the Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region, and Omsk Emergency Hospital №1.
 
The Conference began with a report from Prof. Natalia V. GOVOROVA, Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, including Postgraduate Training Course. She provided an overview of the emergency care in the Omsk Region for 2023, emphasizing staffing, equipment, and upcoming positive developments.
 
Sergey V. MISHCHENKO, the Chief External Specialist in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care in Obstetrics and Gynecology, presented the outcomes of emergency services in obstetric clinics for 2023. Petr A. SAMBRAT, the Chief External Specialist in Pediatric Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, discussed the results of pediatric emergency services in 2023.
 
Specialists from our University discussed important topics for the attending anesthesiologists from Omsk and central district hospitals of the Omsk region. They addressed subjects like state-of-the-art technologies in kidney replacement therapy and handling inflammation-induced anemia in intensive care units.
 
The Сonference wrapped up with a debate on the presentations, showcasing the advancement of emergency care by integrating the latest scientific advancements, research findings, and technologies into clinical practice.
