On April 26, in the assembly hall of the surgical building of the Regional Clinical Hospital, the Regional Scientific Conference "Topical Issues of Neurology and Neurosurgery" was held. The Conference was organized by OSMU, the Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region, Omsk Regional Clinical Hospital and Omsk Association of Neurologists and Neurosurgeons named after Yu.N. Savchenko.
The purpose of the event was to improve the professional level of knowledge of neurologists, physicians, rheumatologists, neurosurgeons and general practitioners (family medicine) by introducing modern methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of nervous system diseases into the clinical practice of the target audience. A special emphasis of the scientific program was placed on multidisciplinary interaction of specialists from different fields of medicine.
As a result of participation in this event, listeners received practical recommendations for treatment and diagnosis of neurological diseases and got the opportunity to exchange experiences and obtain the most up-to-date information in a short period of time.
