On February 21, 2020, the IV Russian Olympiad for students with international participation “Save and Protect” was held in Makhachkala. 17 teams from universities of Russia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Azerbaijan took part in it.
The team of OSMU students “Siberian Help” led by Sergey V. CHERNENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of General Surgery, won the second place in it. They also became the winners in the category “The Best Captain”.
