Brief History

At the first stages the Course of Orthodontics was taught at the Pediatric Dentistry Department under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Vilorik A. DISTEL.
 
In 2010 the Department of Orthodontics was established. Assoc. Prof. Yuriy G. KHUDOROSHKOV, DMD, PhD, Chief Specialist in Orthodontics of the Ministry of Public Health of the Omsk Region was assigned as the Head of the Department.
 
In 2023, the Department of Orthodontics was renamed into the Department of Orthodontics, Restorative Technologies and Osteopathy, including Postgraduate Training Courses.
