Comprehensive assessment of public health and environment at the regional level.
 
Epidemiology; pathology management systems; information and analytical systems; human infectious diseases; non-communicable human diseases; causes of morbidity, mortality, disability of the population; assessment of the quality and effectiveness of preventive and anti-epidemic measures; improvement of preventive measures; optimization of the system of anti-epidemic measures; development and optimization of technologies to reduce losses from socially significant infectious diseases; epidemiology of socially significant, natural focal, quarantine infections; epidemiology and prevention technologies for health care-associated infections; epidemiology of opportunistic infections.
