The Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Department was established on September 1, 2001 headed by Prof. Valery N. LUKACH, MD, PhD.
Nowadays, all full-time employees of the department have a degree in medicine, and part-time employees are chief external specialists of the Ministry of Health of the Omsk Region, Honored Doctors of the Russian Federation, winners of the competitions "The Best Anesthesiologist".
